Shipping Options

We offer shipping across India and worldwide. For domestic orders we ship via DTDC and Delhivery. For international orders we use FedEx.

Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

Domestic Delivery (India)

Estimated delivery time within India is 5–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. We ship to every corner of India — from metro cities to tier-2 and tier-3 towns.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via FedEx. Processing takes 3–4 days, after which estimated delivery times are:

• United States — 10–25 days
• United Arab Emirates — 10–20 days
• United Kingdom — 12–25 days
• Canada — 12–30 days
• Australia — 12–30 days
• Rest of World — 6–30 days depending on destination

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on actual weight and destination. Any import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

Packaging

Every record is triple-packed in rigid cardboard mailers with bubble wrap and corner protection, labelled Fragile. We take the utmost care to ensure your records arrive in the same condition they left us.

Damage During Shipping

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and replace the item at no additional cost. Please retain all packaging materials and photographs of the damage.

Wrong Item Sent

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.
