Return & Cancellation Policy
We stand behind every item we sell. Here's what to do if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your vinyl record arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and, if the item is confirmed damaged or defective, offer a replacement or a full refund.
To process your claim, please include an unboxing video as proof. Please return the product within 7 days of contacting us.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:
- The product was completely damaged during shipping
- An incorrect item was sent
We do not offer refunds for other reasons once vinyl records have been purchased. Once we verify your refund request, we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6–7 business days.
Return Shipping
To return an item, please contact us first to obtain a return authorisation. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped, and must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Exchange / Replacement Timeline
Once the return is received and verified, we will dispatch the replacement product within 7 days.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: If you cancel an order before it has shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹500 or 10% of the order value (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund.
After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, both the shipping cost and a cancellation fee of ₹500 or 15% of the order value (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund.
Import / Japanese Vinyl: All sales of Japanese import vinyl records are final. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for Japanese and international import orders.
VCD Products
For VCDs, we do not offer refunds or replacements. In the event that a VCD is found to be defective or damaged, customers will be issued store credit equivalent to the VCD's value minus shipping charges after verification. An unboxing video must be submitted within 7 days of delivery as proof.
